Information for Year 12 Alumni Students

When you finish your time as a student at St Luke’s there are a couple of things that you will need to be aware of.  This article provides a quick overview.

Your access to the school systems will shutdown after the completion of the HSC. Your school usernames and password will cease to function on the last day of the school year in which you graduate. Your access will continue to work throughout Term 4 to support your preparation and completion of the HSC.

Your email account will continue to be accessible and will remain yours to keep if you wish to do so. This will be particularly useful if you have registered your school address for results and university offers.

You will need to use the last username and password that you used whilst at school. Once logged in this will change to the standard GSuite interface.

All of the software licenses that you were entitled to whilst at school will cease to be available. This includes MSOffice, Adobe and the AutoCad applications. Any software that you own personally will not be affected.

The LanRev client that was used to push software and configurations to your device should be removed from your laptop. Further information on this process can be found here.
