It is imperative that the School has up to date family details and School medical records. The medical information must be confirmed before any overnight excursions or trips. Please follow the instructions below to confirm/update your child/children’s medical records and other personal details online using the School’s Edumate Portal. - To view and update your current details, log in to your Edumate Portal.
- Under your Name select Update personal details
- Under My Details there are four sections, Personal, Work, Relationships, and My Child Details. Click on each heading and check that all the information is correct. Make any changes necessary. Select Submit Request once you have completed all changes under each of the four sections.
- If you need to send us any additional information please type it into the Family Situation Comment box on the Relationships tab. Select Submit Changes.
- You will be notified by the system if you have not updated your details in the last twelve months. Please check your details and if no changes need to be made select the Confirm (No Changes) button.
- All requests will be logged so that the School can verify that all information is current, especially prior to camps.
